Traieste in felul tau. Ce inseamna cu adevarat sa fii rebel? OSHO

A ramane in sfera cunoscutului e plictiseala pura, fiecare zi e la fel. Si ce rost are sa traiesti?

Poet? Ai innebunit? Nu esti in toate mintile? Poetii sunt blestemati. Nimeni nu-i vrea.

Make up, don't break up, Bonnie Eaker Weil

"Don't confuse passion with intimacy. Passion develops fast, then levels off. Physical attraction is the strongest part of passion. Intimacy begins slowly and accelerates with time. Mental and emotional attraction is the strongest part of intimacy."

"Here's what men in my seminars say about why they don't call when they say they will:
    The Number One Answer
The day after the date or when you first meet is too soon. The next day still feels too aggressive and desperate. The third day is the turning point. If four days go by, I start thinking she might bitch at me by now, since it's been four days. By the fifth day, I feel too guilty. I know she'll ne mad, so why call?
     Other Answers
  • She was so intense, I told her I'd call so she'd leave me alone
  • I need time to think
  • I might just want to be friends
  • It seems like she's looking for a husband
  • I want her to like me for who I am and she seemed more interested in what I do
  • She wants to have kids. I'm not even ready to be a husband, let alone a dad
  • I wanted to see if she'd call me
  • I don't want her to think she's got me wrapped around her little finger
  • What if she says no
  • I like her too much
  • I was just being polite"

Love in the Time of Cholera, Gabriel García Márquez

"Tell him yes, she said. Even if you are dying of fear, even if you are sorry later, because whatever you do, you will be sorry all the rest of your life if you say no."

"With her Florentino Ariza learned what he had already experienced many times without realizing it: that one can be in love with several people at the same time, feel the same sorrow with each, and not betray any of them. Alone in the midst of the crowd on the pier, he said to himself in a flash on anger: my heart has more rooms than a whorehouse."

"The only regret I will have in dying is if it is not for love."

"The Captain looked at Fermina Daza and saw on her eyelashes the first glimmer of wintry frost. Then he looked at Florentino Ariza, his invincible power, his intrepid love, and he was overwhelmed by the belated suspicion that it is life, more than death, that has no limits.
And how long do you think we can keep up this goddamn coming and going? he asked.
Florentino Ariza had kept his answer ready for fifty-three years, seven months, and eleven days and nights.
      Forever, he said."

The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, Robin Sharma

"My point is this: never do anything because you have to. The only reason to do something is because you want to and because you know it is the right thing for you to do."

"Spotting the pot of tea I had left on the table next to him, he started to pour into my waiting cup. He poured until the cup was full - but then he kept on pouring! Tea starting to trickle down the sides of the cup and into the saucer, then onto my wife's prizedPersian rug. At first I watched silently. Then I couldn't take it anymore.
Julian, what are you doing? My cup is overfloating. No matter how hard you try, no more will go in! I yelled impatiently.
He looked at me for a long moment. Please don't take this the wrong way. I really respect you, John. I always have. However, just like this cup, you seem to be full of your own ideas. And how can any more go in...until you first empty your cup?"

"Take a guess how many times the average four-year-old laughs in a day.
    Who knows?
I do, three hundred. Now guess how many times the average adult in our society laughs in the course of a day.
    Fifty? I tried.
Try fifteen, Julian said, smiling in satisfaction. You see my point? Laughing is medicine for the soul. Even if you don't feel like it, look in the mirror and laugh for a couple of minutes. You can't help but feel fantastic. William James said "We don't laugh because we are happy. We are happy because we laugh.""

The Forbidden Forest, Mircea Eliade

"- All kinds of miracles might happen, he went on without looking at her. But someone has to teach you how to look at them, so you know that they are miracles. Otherwise, you don't even see them...You pass them by and you don't know they are miracles. You do not see them..."
"- Some say that on this night, exactly at midnight, the heavens open. I do not quite understand how they could open, but this is what is being said: that the heavens open on Midsummer night. But perhaps they are open only to those who know how to look..."

"He spoke occasionally to her about Time and about the open possibilities, but he never dared to tell her that his secret wish was to become a saint, to love all the people with the same intensity.
- I will confess something to you, he told Ileana then, in the woods. I don't know you, I don't know who you are, I don't know what you do. I can't keep secrets from you. I didn't tell this to anyone, but I can tell this to you: all depends on Time. If you don't solve this problem while you are young, life gets you and grinds you on the inside, and one day you wake up old, and the next day you wake up on the death bed, and then it is too late to try something. You have to search for this now, while you are young. This is a youth problem...
- What should I looking for?! asked Ileana.
- To get rid of Time. To get out of Time. Search well around you: you get signs from everywhere. Trust the signs. Follow them..."

"My bride, Stefan continued quickly, as if he did not hear her any longer, I loved you the way you loved me, like a fool, like a ghost, without knowing what I was doing, without understanding what was happening to us, why we were predestined to love each other without loving each other, why we were predestined to search for each other without meeting..."

"We are all immortal. But we have to die first."

The Last Nude, Ellis Avery

"I only met Tamara de Lempicka because I needed a hundred francs. This was sixteen years ago. I had just learned that if I had a black dress with a white collar, I could take over my flatmate's department store job. In 1927, you could get a bed or a bicycle for three hundred francs; one hundred was a fair price to pay for a ready-made dress, but I didn't have it."

"Every day I posed for Beautiful Rafaela, I experienced the same thing. First, the simple strangeness of being naked in a place not designed for nudity. Being naked in a room whose other inhabitants was clothed. Being naked in a room with windows, even if no one could see into the room from the outside. A separate shock: being naked in a room with windows open to every stir of summer breeze. Then, as I moved into the pose, I felt two separate waves of lust: one of myself, just wanting the workday to be over so I could drag Tamara off to bed; the second, oddly, as the woman in the painting. The glow from the window fell plumb down my body from sternum to navel until the front slab of my ribcage became a hot slam of light to the eye. The more I arched my back, the deeper that light fell across me, and the louder the voice of the painting purred in my throat: aren't I beautiful?"

The photo was taken in the beautiful Ceainaria Infinitea.

A New Earth, Eckhart Tolle

"The answer is simple, once you realize what the ego is and how it works. When forms that you had identified with, that gave you your sense of self, collapse or are taken away, it can lead to a collapse of the ego, since ego is identification with form. When there is nothing to identify with anymore, WHO ARE YOU?"

"What remains is the light of consciousness in which perceptions, experiences, thoughts and feelings come and go. That is Being, that is the deeper, true I. When I know myself as that, whatever happens in my life is no longer of absolute but only of relative importance. I honor it, but it loses its absolute seriousness, its heaviness. The only thing that ultimately matters is this: can I sense my essential Beingness, the I Am, in the background of my life at all times? To be more accurate, can I sense the I Am that I Am at this moment? Can I sense my essential identity as a consciousness itself? Or am I losing myself in what happens, losing myself in the mind, in the world?"

"The many things that happen, the many forms that life takes on, are of an ephemeral nature. They are all fleeting. Things, bodies and egos, events, situations, thoughts, emotions, desires, ambitions, fears, drama...they come, pretend to be all-important, and before you know it they are gone, dissolved into the no-thingness out of which they came. Were they ever real? Were they ever more than a dream, the dream of form?"

Men Without Women, Haruki Murakami

"I do not know exactly what I'm trying to say here. I am probably trying to render an essence that is not true. But doing that it's like meeting someone on the other side of the moon. It's dark and there are no signs, either. Plus the space is too wide. What I'm trying to say is that M is the girl I was supposed to fall in love with when she was fourteen. However I fell in love with her much later, and then (unfortunately) she was no longer fourteen. I was wrong about the moment we met, as you are wrong about the day of a meeting. Time and place are correct. But not the day."

"This is what losing a woman means. And at one point, losing a woman means losing all women. And this is how we, the men, end up with no woman. We lose Percy Faith, Francis Lai and 101 Strings as well. We lose the ammonites and the coelacanths. Naturally, I was left without her charming back, as well. I used to caress M's back, listening to "Moon River" conducted by Henry Mancini, and fitting my hand to the music of a three quarter notes. "My Huckleberry Friend". Waiting around the river's watershed...where did all of them go? An old piece of eraser and the sad song of sailors, which resound in the distance, it's all that was left behind. And of course, the unicorn with its horn pointing lonely towards the sky, near the fountain."

The symbolic life, C.G. Jung

"One cannot afford to be naive in dealing with dreams. They originate in a spirit that is not quite human, but is rather the breath of nature, of the beautiful and the generous as well as the cruel goddess. If we want to characterize this spirit, we would do better to turn to the ancient mythologies and the fables of the primeval forest, than in the consciousness of modern man."

"In general, the heart seems to have a more reliable memory for what benefits the soul than does the head, which has a rather unhealthy tendency to lead an "abstract" existence and easily forgets that its consciousness is snuffed out the moment the heart fails in its duty."
